Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, also called Yoga of Awareness, is a very dynamic and powerful form of Yoga that enables you to uncoil your full potential as a human being. You come into contact with your soul and the divine source in yourself. You experience your infinity and remember who you really are.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technique and science, which includes dynamic physical postures (asanas), breath exercises (pranayam), meditation, chanting (mantra) and deep relaxation. Therefore it works physically, mentally and emotionally.

Your intuition is developed, you gain strong immune, glandular and nervous systems and the cardiovascular system and circulation are stimulated so that you feel healthy and fit. This foundation gives you energy so that you can meet lifes challenges and your life will gain vitality.

Kundalini is the elementary force, the universal lifeforce within every one of us. This energy of awareness lies asleep at the base of the spinal cord like a coiled Kundal (= ringlet of hair). When this energy awakens and rises through the 7 energy centres (Chakras) along the central channel of the spine your full potential can unfold. Your intuition awakens; you will feel fit and full of energy, sense vitality and walk through life awake, aware and self-confidant. Kundalini Yoga awakens this mostly dormant energy within gently and prepares the body, mind and soul with dynamic exercises, specific set of exercises (Kriyas) and meditations.

Kundalini Yoga can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. It is everybodys birth right to be happy, healthy and successful.
